IntegriPro Project Oversight & Advisory ("IntegriPro," "we," "us," or "our") provides independent construction project oversight and property management services in Cameroon. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.
By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect: your full legal name, country of residence, WhatsApp number, email address, preferred contact method and language, how you heard about us, whether you are an individual or organization, your project's location, its current stage, the service you're interested in, and any details you choose to share about your project.
If your enquiry proceeds to a detailed project review, we may ask for further information via a separate secure form, including project specifications, budget details, and contractor information.
If you purchase a Membership Pass or hold a referral code, we maintain a record containing your code, pass tier or type, discount entitlement, status, relevant dates, and your chosen display name, so that this information can be verified through our Verify Voucher tool.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details directly through our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
  • Respond to your enquiry and assess your project needs
  • Contact you to schedule a discovery call
  • Recommend the appropriate service tier and prepare a Service Agreement
  • Manage and verify Membership Passes and referral codes
  • Deliver and administer our oversight and property management services
  • Maintain accurate business and financial records related to our services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those described above without asking you first.

3. Who We Share Information With

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business, including:
  • Google Forms, Sheets, and Drive — for collecting and storing project details and managing our voucher records
  • Our website host and email provider — for operating this website and communicating with you
  • WhatsApp (operated by Meta) — where you choose WhatsApp as your preferred contact method

These providers may process or store information outside your country of residence. We only share what is necessary for them to provide their service to us, and we choose providers with appropriate security standards.
We do not share your information with contractors, suppliers, or any third party connected to your project without your explicit permission — this is a core part of our independence as an oversight provider.

4. Our Verify Voucher Tool

Our website includes a tool that allows anyone with a valid Membership Pass or referral code to check its status. Entering a valid code will display limited information: the code type, pass tier, discount, validity dates, current status, and a display name chosen by the pass holder.
Pass holders decide how their name appears in verification results — full name, partial name, or withheld entirely (shown as "Name withheld by holder") — and may change this choice at any time by contacting us. We display only the minimum information necessary for this tool to be useful, and we do not publish account or financial details through it.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary:
  • Enquiries that do not proceed to a client relationship are retained for a limited period and then deleted
  • Active client and project information is retained for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterward, for record-keeping and legal purposes
  • Membership Pass and referral records are retained for the life of the pass and a reasonable period afterward

6. Cookies and Website Data

Our website may use basic functional cookies necessary for it to work correctly. We do not currently use these cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking purposes. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.

7. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete your information, where reasonably possible and subject to our legitimate record-keeping needs
  • Withdraw any consent you've given us, at any time
  • Object to how we use your information, or ask us to limit that use
