What Property Management Does Not Cover
We do not make cash payments or hold client funds beyond the current month's rent collection.
Major structural repairs or renovations are outside this scope and require a separate construction agreement.
Legal proceedings against tenants require a separate legal engagement — IntegriPro does not provide legal services.
IntegriPro does not guarantee full occupancy or consistent rental income.
