Welcome to the IntegriPro Project Oversight & Advisory website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services described on it. By accessing this site or purchasing a Membership Pass, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

IntegriPro Project Oversight & Advisory ("IntegriPro," "we," "us," or "our") provides independent construction project oversight and property management services in Cameroon.

2. The Relationship Between This Website and Our Services

The information on this website — including service tier descriptions, pricing, and process explanations — is provided for general information only and does not itself constitute a binding agreement to provide services. Actual oversight or property management engagements begin only once a formal, signed Service Agreement is executed between IntegriPro and the client, specifying the agreed tier, scope, and fees for that specific project.

3. Membership Passes

Membership Passes are a formal, pre-purchased commitment to a preferred rate and priority access to our services, subject to the following terms:
  • Passes are non-refundable once issued. In exceptional documented circumstances (death, medical incapacity, or verified loss of project), IntegriPro may assess credit-transfer requests case-by-case, at our discretion.
  • A pass does not activate automatically upon purchase. It activates when the holder notifies IntegriPro of an active project and a Service Agreement is signed. Validity runs from the activation date, not the purchase date.
  • Silver, Gold, and Platinum passes may be transferred once to a first-degree family member building in Cameroon, provided the transfer is requested in writing before activation. Community passes are non-transferable.
  • Pass discounts apply only to IntegriPro's own service fees, not to third-party costs such as Civil Engineer fees, procurement services, or government fees charged separately.
  • Pass availability is limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis. IntegriPro does not guarantee availability of any specific tier at any given time.

4. Referral Partner Program

IntegriPro operates an invitation-only Referral Partner program. Participation, benefits, and obligations under this program are governed by a separate agreement issued directly to approved partners, not by these general Terms.

5. Voucher and Code Verification

Our website includes a tool allowing entry of a valid Membership Pass or referral code to check its status. Any attempted fraud, unauthorized use, or misuse of a code will result in immediate cancellation of that code without compensation or refund.

6. What Our Services Do Not Include

Regardless of service tier, IntegriPro does not:
  • Guarantee a contractor's performance or delivery — we report and document; the contractor remains solely responsible for the quality and completion of their own work.
  • Hold, manage, or disburse client construction funds, except where a separate Procurement Services Agreement expressly and specifically provides for this
  • Provide legal advice or legal representation
  • Provide certified financial audit services — our financial tracking confirms disbursements match agreed purposes, and does not constitute an audit
  • Sell building materials under any service agreement
  • Guarantee full occupancy or consistent rental income under Property Management services

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information about their project, respond to requests for approval within any timeframes specified in their Service Agreement, and comply with the authority levels and approval thresholds set out in their specific agreement (for example, repair-authorization limits under Property Management engagements).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntegriPro's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. IntegriPro is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or performance failures of any third party, including contractors, suppliers, or tenants.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of IntegriPro unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
