An IntegriPro Membership Pass is not a promotional voucher. It is a formal, pre-purchased commitment to professional construction project oversight — secured by the client in advance of their project, at a preferred inaugural rate locked for the duration of the pass.
For Cameroonians in the diaspora and international investors, building in Cameroon is one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. A Membership Pass is how you decide — before a contractor is hired, before money is transferred, before a foundation is poured — that your project will be different.
A pass secures your rate and access. It does not replace a Service Agreement. When your project begins, a formal Service Agreement is signed for the specific tier. The pass discount is then applied.

Before You Purchase
Membership Pass Terms
Activation
A pass does not activate automatically on purchase. It activates when you notify IntegriPro of an active project and a Service Agreement is signed. Validity begins from activation date.
Transferability
Silver, Gold, and Platinum passes may be transferred once to a first-degree family member building in Cameroon. Transfer must be requested in writing before activation. Community passes are non-transferable.
Non-Refundability
Membership Passes are non-refundable once issued. In exceptional circumstances (documented death, medical incapacity, or verified loss of project), IntegriPro will assess credit transfer requests case-by-case.
Discount Application
Pass discounts apply to IntegriPro service fees only — not to third-party costs such as Civil Engineer fees, procurement services, or government fees charged separately.
